"Before I reached out to Lisa for coaching, I was in a really low place. I had been stuck at home recovering from an injury, and just when things were starting to get better, the Coronavirus shut down happened. I remember being so down. I had so many high hopes for 2020, and at that point it really felt like it was going to be a wasted year. Everyday I was focused on how bad things were and how unhappy I was about the things going on in my life.
Then I found Lisa online, and it really felt like a divine miracle because her approach to coaching was exactly what I needed at the time. During our sessions, Lisa really helped me find all of the positive things that were going on in my life. She helped me shift my focus from what wasn't going right, to all the things that were going right. Together we came up with ideas to foster those positive things, and by doing that, I attracted more positivity into my life. I became a happier person, and as a result happier things started happening to me.
I looked forward to our sessions every week. I knew that I was going to leave the session feeling better every time. And I always did. I enjoyed how she was kind but firm when it came to keeping me accountable. And I could really feel that she wanted me to succeed in my endeavors. I felt like I had someone on my side that wanted to see me reach all of my goals, and that gave me the push that I really needed.
I started my business! I'm so excited that the process is happening, and it's so close to being up and running. The launch date is in two weeks!
I've learned so much about mindset. I've also learned about how to make the choice to find the thought that feels better. And about realizing that things are working out in my favor, even if it doesn't seem that way at the time.
I would recommend Lisa's coaching to anyone that has been having a hard time making the decision to start something big and life changing. The person that feels like they need more accountability in their life. Someone who feels like their mind is stuck in a negative loop and who feels like they are repeating old patterns and habits that they are trying to break.

"Before working with Lisa my life was unbalanced. I was not taking care of myself well. I wanted to have more energy and take my vitamins. "I have really enjoyed my time working with Lisa. She has really helped me get in track with not only setting goals, but sticking to a plan! Lisa is very easy to talk to, nonjudgmental, and she did not beat me up whatsoever when I came up short on accomplishing some of the tasks we had set together. "Before coaching with Lisa I was juggling a few different passions that I needed to balance my time between. Lisa helped me to figure out the best way to group them and set goals for them for me to be able to track progress against each of them. I loved catching up with Lisa each week and getting her feedback and encouragement on what I'd been up to.
I like having someone hold me accountable to my goals. Having some that I was going to report my progress to made me more motivated to get stuff done.
The accountability aspect was really effective, usually when I'm grappling with rearranging my priorities I can self justify putting things off on the spot because it's just me who I'm ultimately reporting to. But thinking about having to explain why I failed at a goal to someone else really gave me the motivation to just do the original goal instead of compromising for a new priority.
The insights I have discovered through the coaching process include: I am more driven by accountability to others than to myself. I need to hold myself more accountable when it comes to my set goals. I should create a process that can unbiasedly assess new and competing priorities so that I don't give in to impulsive whims of new goals.
